  • Strong expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, or similar).
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and marketing system integrations.
  • Experience building lead management and lifecycle marketing frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance reporting.
  • Ability to manage complex marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage lifecycle marketing programs that support lead generation, activation, and engagement.
  • Build and optimize automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Develop lifecycle workflows that improve lead conversion, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or other MAP tools.
  • Ensure proper Salesforce CRM integration and data flow.
  • Maintain and optimize lead management, lead routing, and lifecycle models.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
