Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and marketing system integrations.
- Experience building lead management and lifecycle marketing frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance reporting.
- Ability to manage complex marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage lifecycle marketing programs that support lead generation, activation, and engagement.
- Build and optimize automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop lifecycle workflows that improve lead conversion, customer engagement, and retention.
- Manage marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or other MAP tools.
- Ensure proper Salesforce CRM integration and data flow.
- Maintain and optimize lead management, lead routing, and lifecycle models.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
