Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in cloud, AI, infrastructure, or deep-tech environments.
  • Proven expertise in field marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) execution.
  • Strong ability to drive pipeline and commercial outcomes through marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and partners in a regional context.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization across global teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Experience in AI infrastructure or developer ecosystem environments (nice to have).
  • Understanding of North American enterprise markets and partner ecosystems (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Translate Nscale's global GTM strategy into a clear, actionable regional plan.
  • Define priority markets, accounts, and vertical plays across the USA.
  • Align marketing activity with Sales to drive enterprise engagement and pipeline.
  • Activate global ABM programs within the USA and translate global campaigns into local execution.
  • Collaborate with the USA Events Lead to ensure event activity converts into qualified meetings and pipeline.
  • Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners such as hyperscalers and GSIs.
  • Tailor messaging and regional storytelling for key USA markets in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Track performance through regional dashboards and contribute to weekly growth reviews.
