Drive standardisation across Nscale's global data centre estate by developing repeatable operational processes and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and service reliability.
Take ownership of complex infrastructure incidents from diagnosis through to resolution, including major incident response and root cause analysis.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to operations teams across multiple locations.
Partner with cross-functional teams on capacity planning, infrastructure optimisation, and operational readiness for new deployments.
Own the creation and continuous improvement of operational documentation, standards, and runbooks.
Travel to data centre sites to support deployments, resolve complex technical issues, and improve operational excellence.

Engineering at Nscale
Nscale engineers solve the complex challenge of scaling AI infrastructure to unprecedented levels. You will build and optimize data foundations, turning raw operational signals from GPUs, clusters, and systems into reliable data products. We design and build scalable data pipelines, defining data models for operational workflows. This includes implementing data quality checks and continuously improving system resilience. Our technical approach centers on creating a 'digital twin' of Nscale, enabling real-time insights and robust control over our globally distributed, GPU-accelerated data centers.
