Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of GTM leadership experience in cloud, infrastructure, or AI technology companies.
  • Deep technical expertise in GPUs, cloud technologies, and AI/ML workloads.
  • Proven track record of building and executing global GTM strategies and scaling revenue in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale global technical GTM teams effectively.
  • Strong experience developing and managing strategic partnerships and ecosystem plays.
  • Deep understanding of GPU cloud, AI/ML workloads, and enterprise adoption dynamics.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to engage, communicate, and build trust at technical and business levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, international scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, including market segmentation, value propositions, pricing, and packaging for GPU cloud and AI infrastructure.
  • Establish scalable customer acquisition and retention strategies through direct sales, channel, and partnerships.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global GTM team across presales, direct sales, partnerships, solutions engineering, marketing, and customer success.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to align GTM plans with the roadmap and provide competitive intelligence.
  • Identify, close, and lead strategic partnerships with AI companies, ISVs, and integrators.
  • Drive thought leadership and market presence via industry events and executive engagement.
