- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the energy industry, grid modernization, utilities, or clean tech sectors.
- Proven experience in messaging, branding, demand generation, and programmatic marketing.
- Expertise in ABM, digital marketing, content development, social media strategy, and event marketing.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling narratives.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
- Proven success in planning and executing industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and external partners.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position GridUnity as a leader in grid analytics and clean energy solutions.
- Craft compelling, industry-specific messaging that resonates with utilities, grid operators, and energy market stakeholders.
- Establish and refine GridUnity’s brand identity to align with evolving market trends and customer needs.
- Lead programmatic marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to generate demand and nurture high-value prospects.
- Develop and execute ABM strategies to engage target accounts, working closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth.
- Utilize marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) to segment audiences and personalize outreach.
- Oversee brand consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and event marketing.
- Manage thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, industry reports, case studies, and webinars.
- Create and execute a content strategy that amplifies GridUnity’s voice in the clean energy transition.
- Develop and execute event marketing strategies to enhance GridUnity’s presence at key industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events.
- Oversee event sponsorships, booth designs, speaker engagements, and networking activities to maximize brand visibility.
- Work with internal teams to develop compelling event content, including presentations, panel discussions, and promotional materials.
- Leverage post-event marketing strategies to nurture leads and build long-term relationships with attendees.
- Develop and oversee a multi-channel digital strategy, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and other industry-relevant platforms.
- Manage website content, SEO, and digital advertising to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
- Track and analyze social media performance to refine messaging and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to ensure internal alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, competitive analysis, and customer success stories.
