Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in the utility or energy sector—experience with large transmission companies, RTOs, ISOs, and utilities is a significant plus.
• Demonstrated success in managing major, complex projects with measurable results.
• Proven expertise in agile methodologies and a solid understanding of industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Direct end-to-end project management for large-scale initiatives within transmission and utility sectors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet both customer expectations and industry standards.
• Oversee project P&L, ensuring financial accountability and successful operational outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customer project leads and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent, proactive communication.
• Facilitate high-level discussions to map customer requirements against industry best practices and our innovative product solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert by analyzing customer challenges and aligning solutions that are scalable and efficient.
• Integrate agile methodologies and proven project management standards to drive continuous process improvement and innovation.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to investigate issues, determine root causes, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative environment that values both individual contributions and collective success.
• Champion initiatives to refine and optimize project management processes across the organization.
