Responsibilities

  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences
  • Prepare travel quotes, proposals, and personalized itineraries
  • Communicate with clients in English and at least one additional language to answer general questions and provide travel support
  • Coordinate with travel suppliers and hospitality partners to confirm reservations and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
  • Deliver professional, timely customer service throughout the travel planning process
