Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data integrations.
- Demonstrated experience designing innovative architectural solutions for large commercial enterprises (5,000+ associates).
- Expertise defining system architecture and identifying gaps between current and desired states.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network, storage) and cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
- Proficiency in application development lifecycles, including waterfall and agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Oracle RDBMS, and MongoDB is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leadership and product owners to identify integration data requirements for engineering teams.
- Enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Define and document integration data flows, data models, and architecture to ensure transparency.
- Design scalable data models that ensure accuracy, integrity, and performance across the data ecosystem.
- Lead architectural reviews, code reviews, and design specifications to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions using emerging technologies.
