- Set enterprise architecture strategy, principles, and reusable reference patterns for the client portfolio.
- Lead complex architectural design reviews balancing business value, scalability, and security.
- Build and drive adoption of a standardized engineering operating system, including CI/CD, testing, and release management.
- Establish production AI and agentic engineering approaches, covering model integration, guardrails, and lifecycle management.
- Directly manage engineers and technical leaders, overseeing hiring, career development, and team capacity.
- Partner with Sales and Delivery teams on solution shaping, technical risk assessment, and client relationship management.
