Job Details

10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, engineering, or technical consulting.
Deep Salesforce architecture expertise (Apex, Lightning, platform limits, data/sharing design, security).
Strong engineering fluency (Python, APIs, events, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, testing, automation).
Experience with enterprise tech breadth (Data Cloud, Informatica, MuleSoft, AWS/Azure/GCP, DevOps).
Production experience with AI or agentic systems (grounding, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails).
Experience designing secure systems for regulated environments (HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRAMP, NIST, SOC 2).
Significant people management experience leading technical teams and developing successors.
Strong client and commercial judgment for managing complex tradeoffs and executive relationships.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification (highly preferred).

Set enterprise architecture strategy, principles, and reusable reference patterns for the client portfolio.
Lead complex architectural design reviews balancing business value, scalability, and security.
Build and drive adoption of a standardized engineering operating system, including CI/CD, testing, and release management.
Establish production AI and agentic engineering approaches, covering model integration, guardrails, and lifecycle management.
Directly manage engineers and technical leaders, overseeing hiring, career development, and team capacity.
Partner with Sales and Delivery teams on solution shaping, technical risk assessment, and client relationship management.
