Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce platform implementation experience.
- 5+ years of solution architecture experience leading enterprise CRM implementations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Agentforce Life Sciences, Health Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
- Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, automation, and platform governance.
- Proven experience designing scalable enterprise solutions and integration strategies (CRM, ERP, MDM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of life sciences commercial operations, medical affairs, and clinical research.
- Proficiency in project lifecycle management (e.g., SCRUM) and CI/CD processes.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator.
- Salesforce Agentforce Health/Life Sciences Consultant certification.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder and Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for Agentforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
- Design scalable solutions for commercial, clinical, and patient services lifecycles.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and integration designs.
- Lead discovery workshops and present architectural trade-offs and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor Consultants and senior team members on architecture principles and industry best practices.
- Ensure solution compliance with data privacy, governance, and regulatory expectations.
- Oversee testing, UAT, and project delivery plans.
