Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture.
- Direct experience with cloud architecture and modern platform concepts (SaaS, PaaS, cross-cloud integration, multi-tenancy).
- Knowledge of enterprise systems intersecting with digital contracting (CRM, ERP, ITSM, Security, Data Visualization, IdPs).
- Understanding of enterprise business processes like procure-to-pay and quote-to-cash.
- Proficiency in enterprise application integration technologies (event-based, RESTful concepts, middleware).
- Experience with analytics, data-based insights, and artificial intelligence tools.
- Understanding of security processes, regulations, and standards in cloud or hybrid environments.
- Comfortable with AI/LLM configuration, prompt design, and evaluation (e.g., Claude Code).
- Articulate, consultative approach with mature communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their goals and advise on solutions involving the Ironclad platform.
- Advise implementation teams on high-value architecture practices as a strategic resource.
- Participate in ad hoc collaborative sessions, structured workshops, and deployment projects.
- Develop and nurture long-term advisory relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Provide intelligence to the product team on business and technical drivers to influence the roadmap.
- Create content and provide guidance on solution patterns for common business contexts.
