- 5+ years of experience in people management
- Proven experience in pre-IPO communications
- Experience in policy and regulatory communications
- Exceptional writing skills with ability to distill complex topics into simple narratives
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives
- Strong project management skills and process-driven mindset
- Ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-moving environments and prioritize ruthlessly
- Highly organized with a bias for action
- Expertise in developing rapid response muscle
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of eight across various Corporate Communications functions
- Develop and implement comprehensive Corporate Communications strategies that align with organizational goals, values, and brand positioning
- Partner with executive leadership and internal teams to craft messaging that supports business priorities and market positioning
- Oversee high-impact communications forums including executive speaking engagements, industry conferences, and customer events
- Lead AI integration for the communications team to enhance content ideation, creation, and scaling
- Direct crisis and issues communications preparedness and response across all stakeholder groups
- Ensure seamless integration and consistency between internal, external, and executive communications
