Requirements
- Advanced degree in science.
- 8 or more years of relevant job experience in medical communications.
- Experience with promotional medical education content (advisory boards, speaker programs, slide decks).
- Expertise in Oncology.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex scientific data.
- Proficiency with established professional medical editorial processes and AMA style.
- Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines in medical communications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned accounts and serve as the primary scientific lead for client interactions.
- Drive the scientific portion of brand planning and brand strategy.
- Lead the scientific input for business development and identify organic growth opportunities.
- Manage resource allocation and scientific contributions across large or multiple accounts.
- Partner with client services to develop scopes of work (SOWs) and project timelines.
