- Identify, prospect, and secure new retail opportunities across Canada.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with retail buyers, category managers, and merchandising teams.
- Develop and execute account and channel growth strategies for brick-and-mortar and eCommerce.
- Own the sales process from outreach through onboarding, launch, and growth.
- Create annual business plans, conduct business reviews, and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Collaborate with retailers on advertising, promotions, pricing, and marketing programs.
- Develop sales forecasts and partner with Operations and Supply Chain to manage inventory.
- Manage co-op marketing investments and promotional programs.
- Partner cross-functionally to support retail initiatives and product launches.
- Represent Ooma at industry events and trade shows.
