Requirements

  • University degree in Information Technology.
  • Proven experience developing Support and Maintenance policies.
  • 5 years of experience managing an internationally dispersed Services and Support Team.
  • Project Management experience.
  • PMI Certification.
  • Other relevant IT certifications.
  • Experience with OKR goal-setting frameworks.
  • Technical experience with Tomcat, BIRT, MS SQL, Oracle, and Windows OS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel extensively internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare strategies and designs for data migration for client locations.
  • Build tools and models for the installation and deployment of the FreeBalance Accountability Suite.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to design interface components.
  • Work with consultants to develop customer training curricula.
  • Manage day-to-day team operations and the EMEA operations & maintenance team.
  • Partner with project managers to design system rollouts.
  • Develop new technical tools for use by Technical Consultants.
  • Build scalable models for Data Centre and Disaster Recovery site implementations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery consistency and quality.
