Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology.
- Proven experience developing Support and Maintenance policies.
- 5 years of experience managing an internationally dispersed Services and Support Team.
- Project Management experience.
- PMI Certification.
- Other relevant IT certifications.
- Experience with OKR goal-setting frameworks.
- Technical experience with Tomcat, BIRT, MS SQL, Oracle, and Windows OS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel extensively internationally.
Responsibilities
- Prepare strategies and designs for data migration for client locations.
- Build tools and models for the installation and deployment of the FreeBalance Accountability Suite.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to design interface components.
- Work with consultants to develop customer training curricula.
- Manage day-to-day team operations and the EMEA operations & maintenance team.
- Partner with project managers to design system rollouts.
- Develop new technical tools for use by Technical Consultants.
- Build scalable models for Data Centre and Disaster Recovery site implementations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery consistency and quality.
