Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Graduate degree is highly desirable.
- Prior enterprise technology leadership experience, preferably in a school environment.
- Extensive technical knowledge in IT security, network components, and computer operating systems.
- Strong understanding of IT protocols and standards.
- Excellent budgeting and strategic planning skills.
- Proven supervisory and staff development abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituents in a diverse community.
- Diplomatic and pragmatic leadership approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead and enact a mission-aligned technology vision in collaboration with faculty, staff, administration, parents, and students.
- Oversee the deployment, performance, and cost-effectiveness of all hardware, software, and systems.
- Develop and manage the department budget and all related technology contracts.
- Ensure robust IT data security, risk management, and disaster recovery processes.
- Manage the maintenance and reliability of enterprise systems, including SIS, LMS, and CMS.
- Act as the primary project manager for enterprise-wide data transitions.
- Lead the hiring, supervision, and professional growth of the technology team.
- Develop strategic and operational plans aligned with school values and goals.
