Requirements

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students
  • Qualify leads and identify their career goals, challenges, and educational needs
  • Schedule consultations and guide prospects through the enrollment journey
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Consistently meet and exceed outreach, appointment-setting, and enrollment targets
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to help improve sales strategies and program offerings
