Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence in handling objections and engaging prospects over the phone
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students
- Qualify leads and identify their career goals, challenges, and educational needs
- Schedule consultations and guide prospects through the enrollment journey
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed outreach, appointment-setting, and enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system
- Share market insights and customer feedback to help improve sales strategies and program offerings
