Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to conduct cold calls and convert leads into appointments.
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow a structured sales cadence.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track lead interactions.
- Book qualified appointments for Business Development Representatives and Sales Engineers.
- Assist in executing outbound prospecting strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation, campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all lead management activities.
