- Monitor and respond to all inbound inquiries across OTA and corporate housing platforms within defined SLA windows.
- Qualify leads based on dates, budget, unit availability, and guest or corporate client requirements.
- Follow up with prospective guests and clients to move open inquiries toward confirmed bookings.
- Track and manage an active pipeline of open inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date availability, pricing, and property information across all OTA portals.
- Identify and onboard new apartment inventory through research and landlord outreach.
- Maintain a live inventory of available units and conduct regular audits.
- Support leadership in identifying opportunities to improve lead response workflows and conversion rates.
