Requirements

  • 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound sales experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Comfortable making 150+ outbound calls per day.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and coachable.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience selling into the US market is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Make 150+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers across the United States.
  • Prospect through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify and engage business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and fit.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the US sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth meeting handoffs.
  • Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and call reviews.
  • Consistently achieve activity and meeting-setting goals.
