Requirements
- 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound sales experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable making 150+ outbound calls per day.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and coachable.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience selling into the US market is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Make 150+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers across the United States.
- Prospect through phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify and engage business owners and key decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and fit.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the US sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth meeting handoffs.
- Participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and call reviews.
- Consistently achieve activity and meeting-setting goals.
