Responsibilities
- Research and identify available housing options across online platforms, databases, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct high-volume outreach to property owners, landlords, and other housing providers
- Negotiate rates and terms to help secure strong options
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and housing partners
- Track leads, outreach activity, responses, follow-ups, and opportunity status accurately
- Identify creative solutions for unique housing needs
- Communicate clearly and quickly with internal team members to help move opportunities forward
