Responsibilities

  • Research and identify available housing options across online platforms, databases, and other sourcing channels
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to property owners, landlords, and other housing providers
  • Negotiate rates and terms to help secure strong options
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners and housing partners
  • Track leads, outreach activity, responses, follow-ups, and opportunity status accurately
  • Identify creative solutions for unique housing needs
  • Communicate clearly and quickly with internal team members to help move opportunities forward
