Requirements
- 1+ year of lead generation or inside sales experience.
- Proven track record of engaging prospects through email and phone conversations.
- Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce.com.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach.io, or Yesware.
- Experience using AI tools to drive efficiency.
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to maintain meticulous CRM data hygiene.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within the Sales organization to inform strategy and processes that enhance overall sales performance.
- Act as the initial point of contact with prospects to identify key needs and qualified opportunities.
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through a blend of automated and personalized emails and targeted phone outreach.
- Partner with a dedicated Account Executive to align on territory strategy and book introductory meetings.
- Collaborate with the SDR team to review calls, share insights, and iterate on outreach scripts.
- Gather market insights to influence future product enhancements.
