Requirements

  • 6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter in a high ticket or consultative sales process.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive for success and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
  • High level of coachability and discipline.
  • Comfortable with high-output outbound dialing.
  • Strategic mindset with an understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations and sales pitches.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospective customers and closers.
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but have not yet committed.
  • Engage in question-led discovery dialogue to identify customer pain points and needs.
  • Build relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach.
  • Utilize WFS sales material to ensure leads consume content prior to sales calls.
  • Achieve or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets.
  • Adhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities and forecasting.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs to strategize pipeline and review call performance.
  • Consistently increase product knowledge through the internal sales training center.
