Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business-related disciplines or commensurate experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in coldcalling / lead generation for IT staffing and professional services
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation
  • Strong track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach
  • Ability to research and identify potential clients and tailor outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable primary internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps) and backup connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
  • Device with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) / i3 (10th gen+) / AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent and 8GB RAM
  • Functional webcam and noise-canceling USB headset
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space and a smartphone for verification

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Identify key decision-makers and develop strategies to engage them effectively
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to convert them into clients
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and results in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and initiatives
  • Continuously learn about our products and services to confidently convey their value to prospects
