Requirements

  • Direct industry experience in financial services, including work at banks, payment service providers, or clearing networks.
  • Strong technical knowledge of stablecoins, with exposure or interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
  • Proven ability to apply analytical and creative problem-solving skills to client needs.
  • Excellent professional communication, sales acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to structure and negotiate multi-product commercial agreements.
  • Experience managing a CRM system for pipeline development and reporting.
  • Fluent command of English and fluency in regional languages.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to articulate value propositions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex deal lifecycles.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B institutional sales or relationship management (preferred).
  • Strong existing network of institutional financial clients (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Drive institutional sales in Latin America for stablecoin-related products and broader digital asset services.
  • Originate, structure, and negotiate bespoke commercial agreements with financial institutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from initial pipeline development to final contract closure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of treasury clients.
  • Partner with internal product and legal teams to share market insights and represent regional client interests.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow wallet share and revenue.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by participating in industry events and building a professional network.
