Requirements

  • Experience in reading market trends and adapting sales approaches based on performance.
  • Strong collaborative skills and comfort working in a feedback-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage construction teams across LATAM to generate high-quality opportunities.
  • Perform cold calls to introduce Shape and build relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Use market insights to refine messaging, positioning, and outreach strategies specific to the LATAM region.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and reach the right audience.
  • Contribute to the refinement of SDR processes and systems to support regional scaling.
  • Actively participate in learning and development to sharpen sales skills and share best practices.
