Requirements

- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; Portuguese is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform cold outreach and cold calling with confidence and persistence.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Skilled in building relationships through an empathetic, humanistic approach.
- Ownership mindset with high energy and ability to persist through rejection.
- Experience in reading market trends and adapting sales approaches based on performance.
- Strong collaborative skills and comfort working in a feedback-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage construction teams across LATAM to generate high-quality opportunities.
- Perform cold calls to introduce Shape and build relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Use market insights to refine messaging, positioning, and outreach strategies specific to the LATAM region.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and reach the right audience.
- Contribute to the refinement of SDR processes and systems to support regional scaling.
- Actively participate in learning and development to sharpen sales skills and share best practices.
