Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or SDR roles
- Strong experience with cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Experience running outbound automation campaigns using tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist
- Experience following structured SOPs and sales playbooks
- Business-fluent English
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Experience sourcing leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
- Experience working in KPI-driven sales environments
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-potential prospects through strategic lead sourcing and research
- Build and manage automated cold outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn platforms
- Execute targeted cold calling sequences to follow up on outreach and nurture prospects
- Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the founder to maximize conversion opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and track outreach performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and targeting strategies
