Requirements
- 2–5+ years of SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience in B2B environments
- Proven track record of generating pipeline through cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Demonstrated success in breaking into enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese & Spanish (native/fluent) and English (business level)
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers (Director/VP level and above)
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales preferred
- Ability to understand business problems and translate technology into value
- Highly driven, self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong accountability
- Experience with Salesforce and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator & ZoomInfo
Responsibilities
- Own net-new outbound pipeline creation across enterprise accounts across South America
- Proactively target and break into named accounts using cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach
- Call into organizations and reach senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level) consistently
- Build target account lists and outreach strategies by vertical (Retail, T&L, Manufacturing, Healthcare)
- Tell a compelling SOTI story using real customer success and large deployments in LATAM
- Conduct strong discovery to uncover business pain, operational challenges, and urgency
- Qualify opportunities rigorously ensuring only real, sales-ready pipeline moves forward
- Partner closely with Sales on account strategy and opportunity progression
- Maintain clean, accurate pipeline tracking in Salesforce
