- Significant experience leading sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS or Ed-Tech company
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with various departments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and data-driven, with a strong growth mindset
- Ability to analyze sales metrics, identify areas of opportunity, and build training plans to improve the team
- Experience selling an extensive product suite
- Experience with driving pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Experience selling consultative, information-based data-driven solutions
- Demonstrated success in bringing a new product or solution to market
- Report into the EVP of Sales, and lead a team of Higher Education Account Executives
- Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Coach, manage, and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement
- Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
- Monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
- Drive alignment with cross-functional teams in Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
- Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding Nicheβs quarterly/annual sales targets
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes in KPIs, and your recommendations to double down or course correct as needed
