Requirements
- Professional-level English fluency (spoken and written) for conducting all customer-facing communications.
- Ability to perform high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a sales pipeline.
- A driven, proactive, and go-getter attitude with an eagerness to learn.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Gong is preferred.
- Prior sales or SDR experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be located in Argentina or Brazil.
- Application and resume must be submitted in English.
Responsibilities
- Research and validate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to ensure prospect lists are accurate.
- Perform daily high-volume outbound calls and emails to prospective school administrators.
- Book qualified new business demos with school administrators across the US.
- Manage and track pipeline health, call activity, and appointment metrics in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing teams to align on strategy, messaging, and lead follow-up.
- Maintain clean and accurate data in Salesforce to ensure reliable pipeline tracking.
- Contribute fresh ideas regarding outreach processes and messaging strategies.
