Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation at a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated experience in the user or market research industry.
- Track record of driving leads, MQLs, and pipeline through paid programs, field marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build rigorous forecasts and translate funnel metrics into business narratives.
- Experience managing paid campaigns via agency relationships.
- Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of data flow between marketing and sales systems.
- Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategy.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and identifying process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel demand generation with a focus on leads, MQLs, and pipeline creation.
- Develop and execute demand generation strategy by identifying funnel gaps and deploying solutions.
- Manage paid campaigns through agency partners while researching and piloting new channels.
- Plan and execute field marketing programs, including conferences and executive events.
- Build and maintain lead and MQL forecasting models.
- Recommend greenfield opportunities and pilot performance tests.
- Own campaign operations including lead flow, routing logic, and data integrity across the marketing tech stack.
