Requirements
- Proven experience leading multi-channel demand generation programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of building and managing qualified pipeline and marketing budgets.
- Deep marketing tech fluency, specifically with HubSpot or similar Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP).
- Expertise in AI-powered operational leverage for workflow automation, research, and content production.
- Strong analytical instincts with fluency in funnel metrics, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to develop strategic frameworks for positioning and go-to-market execution.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and build trust across Sales, Rev Ops, and Product.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale multi-channel pipeline generation including paid media, email, events, content, and partner channels.
- Define marketing strategy, including ICP targeting, messaging, campaign architecture, and GTM approach.
- Architect and maintain GTM systems, including HubSpot infrastructure, lead scoring, and attribution models.
- Deploy AI tools and automations to multiply team output and optimize workflow performance.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Rev Ops, Product, and Customer Success.
- Ensure campaigns contribute directly to pipeline generation and business outcomes.
