Job Details

Experience: 1–2 years

Requirements

Pharmacy Technician Certification or equivalent training.
1–2 years of experience in pharmacy operations or telehealth support preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with e-prescribing tools and medical records systems.
Proficiency with communication platforms.
Proactive use of AI tools to improve output and efficiency.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

Process prescriptions, refills, and prior authorizations accurately.
Identify and escalate prescribing or workflow issues to senior staff.
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and coaches to resolve member care issues.
Document activities and communicate updates within established systems.
Route faxes, labs, and records while maintaining compliance with SOPs.
Provide clinical support for routine and urgent requests.
