Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB preferred, or equivalent experience/education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or Special Education.
Experience working 1:1 with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or with developmental and behavioral needs.
Comfort with coaching or collaborating with parents or guardians on-screen.
Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals.
Strong virtual instruction skills, including comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
Ability to pass a background check.
Access to a reliable computer, internet, webcam, and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, individualized virtual behavior support and academic coaching tailored to student goals and accommodations.
Implement structured behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of a BCBA.
Adapt instruction and reinforcement in real time based on student focus and emotional regulation.
Utilize creative digital rewards and interactive tools to maintain student engagement.
Track behavior data diligently during sessions.
Communicate effectively with families, supervising BCBAs, and school district partners.
