  • Hands-on experience with sales tools such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support pipeline health standards and inspection methodologies.
  • Translate revenue targets into clear operating metrics like coverage and capacity.
  • Execute forecast calls, deal reviews, and regular performance cadences.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on performance deviations to identify gaps.
  • Maintain core GTM KPIs and ensure data consistency across reporting.
  • Drive adoption of standardized processes and systems tracking across the funnel.
