Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing operations experience, ideally in B2B fintech, financial services, or high-growth technology.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot).
- Solid working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (field mapping, lead/contact/opportunity objects, campaign reporting).
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking fundamentals: UTM parameters, attribution models, and funnel analytics.
- Experience building marketing dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset.
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense) is a plus.
- Familiarity with event technology platforms (e.g., Splash, Cvent) is a plus.
- Prior experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, and list management.
- Manage integrations between marketing automation, Salesforce CRM, and event platforms to ensure clean data flow.
- Build and manage campaign infrastructure, including email nurture workflows, landing pages, and UTM frameworks.
- Own marketing attribution modeling and build dashboards to track pipeline contribution, ROI, and funnel performance.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales/Revenue Ops on lead handoff processes and CRM field mapping.
- Onboard team members to marketing tools and implement process improvements for scale.
