Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in audience development, event marketing, growth marketing, or community building.
- Demonstrated track record of building and growing communities for high-profile in-person events.
- Expertise with HubSpot, CRM strategy, segmentation, and workflow automation.
- Strong editorial and copywriting skills for diverse channels and executive-facing communications.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with event technology platforms and data management between CRM and registration systems.
- Executive presence and experience working alongside senior leaders, partners, and high-profile talent.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a lean, distributed team environment.
- Background in media, content, or entertainment industries is a plus.
- Personal interest in entrepreneurship, business leadership, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow the Summit audience through relationship-driven outreach, founder recruiting, strategic partnerships, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end event marketing calendar, including email, web, social, and newsletter promotional pushes.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and creative briefing through execution and performance analysis.
- Own HubSpot and event registration operations, including automation workflows, reporting, billing, and data integration between platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile attendees, providing premium customer service throughout the event lifecycle.
- Cultivate ongoing relationships with alumni, partners, and ecosystem leaders to serve as a brand ambassador.
