Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in global event strategy, event production, executive production, or large-scale B2B event programming.
- Proven experience acting as a senior content lead or executive producer for complex, multi-track, high-visibility events.
- Strong ability to design end-to-end event content strategies connecting business goals, audience needs, and production execution.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, Creative, Legal, and executive teams.
- Deep understanding of event production workflows including show flow, stage design, rehearsals, livestreams, and onsite execution.
- Experience managing content operations tools and processes such as CMS platforms, agenda systems, speaker management, and review workflows.
- Strong project management skills with ability to build structured workbacks, playbooks, escalation paths, and decision frameworks.
- Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on narrative quality, attendee experience, and production excellence.
- Experience with large-scale technology, SaaS, or developer-focused events is highly valued.
- Familiarity with tools such as Sessionboard, Swoogo, RainFocus, Airtable, or similar platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead event content strategy, agenda architecture, speaker experience, and production readiness across flagship global events and internal programs.
- Translate business objectives, product priorities, and audience needs into cohesive content across keynotes, breakouts, workshops, executive sessions, livestreams, and on-demand formats.
- Develop and manage integrated agenda frameworks aligned with business, product, and go-to-market priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Legal, Sales, and executive leadership.
- Define and maintain production standards, ensuring narrative clarity, accessibility, speaker readiness, and brand consistency.
- Oversee speaker readiness planning, including rehearsals, content reviews, and onsite execution support.
- Manage content operations workflows such as session planning, CFP processes, CMS/agenda tools, and legal/brand reviews.
- Collaborate with production vendors and AVL teams to define technical requirements.
- Build and maintain workbacks, playbooks, templates, and operating models.
- Lead post-event retrospectives to evaluate performance and capture insights.
