Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in event content strategy, event production, agenda development, speaker experience, executive events, or large-scale B2B event programming.
- Experience as an internal Executive Producer, senior content lead, or senior production lead for complex, multi-stage events.
- Experience building event content strategies that connect business priorities, audience needs, and production execution.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners across marketing, brand, creative, and legal.
- Strong understanding of production planning, show flow, stage experience, breakout production, and livestreaming.
- Experience overseeing content operations workflows, including CFP, CMS/agenda management, and production locks.
- Strong project management skills, including building workbacks, playbooks, templates, and decision logs.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex situations.
- High attention to detail regarding narrative clarity, attendee experience, speaker readiness, and brand alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy, session architecture, speaker experience, and production readiness across priority Global Events programs.
- Translate business objectives, product priorities, audience needs, and executive direction into cohesive event programming.
- Develop agenda frameworks in partnership with the flagship events team across sessions, breakouts, and executive programs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Sales to drive program alignment.
- Define and maintain production standards for general sessions, breakouts, livestream, and on-demand content.
- Oversee speaker readiness, including milestone planning, rehearsal approaches, and deck reviews.
- Manage content operations workflows, including call for presentations, CMS/agenda management, and reporting.
- Manage production partners and AVL collaboration to ensure realistic, cost-conscious, and high-quality execution.
- Create and maintain integrated workbacks, playbooks, and decision models to enable cross-functional execution.
- Lead post-event retrospectives to identify learnings and improve scalable playbooks.
