Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth tech event marketing.
- Proven experience leading large-scale user conferences (2,000+ attendees).
- Track record of managing flagship-level events with emphasis on strategy and production value.
- Strong communication skills with experience advising C-level executives on strategy and keynotes.
- Expert-level ability to manage large budgets and complex vendor ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage intricate project timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence across product, sales, and marketing departments.
- Strategic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead SIGNAL event strategy, defining attendee journeys, themes, and strategic goals.
- Orchestrate end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.
- Act as a central hub for cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, sales, and brand creative teams.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, contract negotiations, and ROI reporting.
- Drive complex project timelines for workstreams like sponsorship, registration, content, and demand generation.
- Ensure global event integration and content adaptability for LATAM, EMEA, and APJ regions.
- Define KPIs and lead post-event debriefs to analyze impact and attendee satisfaction.
