Requirements
- 5+ years of professional, non-internship experience in event, sponsorship, or marketing management.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate or tech event environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from ideation to completion.
- Expertise in event registration management and supplier negotiation.
- Proficiency in event technology platforms such as Swoogo.
- Advanced skills in Google Suite and Slack.
- Exceptional interpersonal and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to present performance analytics clearly to executives.
- Willingness to travel 20-30% for onsite events and site visits.
- Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead project strategy from initial ideation to post-event performance analytics.
- Source unique venues and design 'out-of-the-box' attendee experiences.
- Manage end-to-end registration processes and event mobile app/tech integrations.
- Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors while managing deliverables and fulfillment.
- Develop master planning documentation including budgets, timelines, and schedules.
- Serve as primary liaison for AV, IT, and agency partners for production needs.
- Lead onsite operations, including setup, execution, tear-down, and access control.
- Report event performance and sponsorship ROI to internal executives.
