Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B event planning and execution.
- Strong proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot Social).
- Experience using marketing and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Proven experience in building service-based relationships with senior executives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Pharma or life sciences experience is highly desired.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Teams) and digital event management tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to major trade shows as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support in-person and virtual events including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and field activations.
- Manage event logistics such as venue coordination, vendor engagement, registration, travel accommodations, and marketing collateral.
- Utilize and maintain marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and iCapture for campaign management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and practice areas to integrate event strategies into multi-channel campaigns.
- Oversee development of event-related promotional copy and creative assets in partnership with the creative team.
- Manage onsite event logistics including setup, attendee engagement, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure impact and provide actionable insights.
