Requirements

  • 2+ years of dedicated experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations (RevOps).
  • Hands-on experience architecting and managing relational databases or CRM structures.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
  • Proven experience managing tasks and agile-style boards using tools such as Linear, Jira, or Notion.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data structures and process order.
  • Experience building automated integration workflows using tools like Zapier or Make (preferred).
  • Prior experience supporting a high-volume outbound team, such as sales or influencer marketing (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the gaming, eSports, or creator economy platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the CRM environment by architecting custom fields, views, and automation rules.
  • Conduct daily audits of pipelines to ensure data accuracy and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement automated triggers and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage the marketing department project backlog, tracking sprints and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards to report on pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate across marketing, legal, and finance teams to facilitate creator onboarding and tracking.
