Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain coordination.
- Proven experience working with 3PLs, carriers, and warehouse teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Working English proficiency for cross-functional communication.
- Solution-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
- Exposure to AI/BI tools and interest in process automation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound coordination with 3PL partners to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues within 24 hours.
- Maintain accurate weekly reporting for receipts, order fulfillment, and performance metrics.
- Support inventory transformations including ticketing, labeling, and re-kitting to ensure compliance with retailer specifications.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Inventory, and Data teams to ensure visibility and reporting alignment.
- Manage retailer-specific SOPs and drive readiness for new account launches.
- Drive automation of reporting and data processes in collaboration with BI teams.
- Build and coach 3PL partners to ensure continuous improvement and operational accountability.
