- Ability to operate effectively within an asynchronous work environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) to maintain global documentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned payroll domains.
- Draft complex tax and payroll workflows in Notion, ensuring verification with Legal and Compliance stakeholders.
- Conduct quarterly audits of Zendesk and Notion content to ensure alignment with global labor laws.
- Structure documentation for maximum discoverability using Notion databases and advanced formatting.
- Design comprehensive Learning Packs including technical guides, video snippets, and LMS assessments.
- Develop interactive, self-paced training modules using Rise by Articulate.
- Analyze support ticket data to identify knowledge gaps and design targeted content interventions.
