Requirements
- 1+ year of experience working with B2C emails.
- Experience in a product or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with CRM or CDP platforms.
- Experience working with HTML email templates and template layout.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Understanding of A/B testing principles.
- Ability to understand and interpret email metrics.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
- Experience with eSputnik or Reteno is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS or applications is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch mass email campaigns.
- Configure and maintain automated email flows.
- Perform QA on campaigns, segments, tracking, and settings before launch.
- Support and update email templates.
- Execute A/B tests based on hypotheses.
- Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements.
- Monitor email deliverability.
- Manage email communications for JustDone, Sidekicker, and ChatwithAI products.
- Assist with email and push communications for new products.
