Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce proficiency (custom report types, cross-object reports, dynamic dashboards).
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead management, lifecycle stages, and lead routing.
  • Proven experience in data quality management, including deduplication, enrichment, and governance.
  • Experience with marketing campaign attribution models and connecting activity to pipeline.
  • High attention to detail and ability to summarize complex data sets for stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for pipeline health, funnel progression, and campaign ROI.
  • Manage account-level dashboards to track engagement and penetration for ABM programs.
  • Execute regular data quality audits to ensure contact, account, and opportunity record accuracy.
  • Manage lead creation, validation, and routing workflows within Salesforce.
  • Monitor marketing technology stack integrations, specifically the HubSpot-to-Salesforce sync.
  • Document reporting processes, data standards, and operational workflows.
  • Perform QA and testing for new Salesforce workflows and system updates.
