Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
- Deep, hands-on Salesforce proficiency (custom report types, cross-object reports, dynamic dashboards).
- Strong understanding of B2B lead management, lifecycle stages, and lead routing.
- Proven experience in data quality management, including deduplication, enrichment, and governance.
- Experience with marketing campaign attribution models and connecting activity to pipeline.
- High attention to detail and ability to summarize complex data sets for stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for pipeline health, funnel progression, and campaign ROI.
- Manage account-level dashboards to track engagement and penetration for ABM programs.
- Execute regular data quality audits to ensure contact, account, and opportunity record accuracy.
- Manage lead creation, validation, and routing workflows within Salesforce.
- Monitor marketing technology stack integrations, specifically the HubSpot-to-Salesforce sync.
- Document reporting processes, data standards, and operational workflows.
- Perform QA and testing for new Salesforce workflows and system updates.
