Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales support, sales operations, or a similar commercial coordination role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, with experience managing CRM data and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-moving environments.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Demonstrated experience improving administrative or operational processes.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bring structure to complex workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to sales leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive support.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and actionable reporting.
- Track sales deliverables, follow up on outstanding actions, and escalate delays or risks when necessary.
- Coordinate bids, RFPs, and tender processes, ensuring deadlines and dependencies are clearly managed.
- Organize sales meetings, QBRs, national sales events, and cross-functional commercial activities.
- Evaluate and improve existing sales processes by identifying gaps and developing or refining SOPs with stakeholders.
- Support data entry, reporting, and analysis to help leadership make informed commercial decisions.
- Conduct ad-hoc research and assist with vendor coordination and operational planning as needed.
