Requirements
- Prior experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar analytical roles focused on recurring revenue models.
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics such as MRR, ARR, ACV, churn, expansion, contraction, NRR, and GRR.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, including reporting, dashboards, and data extraction.
- Solid analytical skills with experience using SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to translate complex data sets into clear insights and actionable business recommendations.
- Familiarity with cohort analysis, forecasting models, and revenue performance tracking across customer segments.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills with a proactive, insight-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support Revenue Operations activities by ensuring consistent visibility and accuracy of key revenue metrics across CSOps, Pricing, Product Marketing, Finance, and Data teams.
- Analyze recurring revenue performance including MRR, ARR, ACV, NRR, GRR, churn, contraction, and expansion trends across customer segments and cohorts.
- Identify financial risks such as churn, downgrades, contract reductions, and payment-related issues, while proactively flagging revenue leakage.
- Detect growth opportunities including upsell, cross-sell, contract expansion, and pricing optimization strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models covering revenue performance, churn, expansion, and customer segmentation insights.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL, CRM tools (such as HubSpot), and spreadsheet-based analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Support revenue forecasting, cohort analysis, and scenario modeling to improve predictability of future revenue streams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting consistency, and decision-making processes around revenue strategy.
